When you submit the dream-trip quiz, we collect your first and last name, email, mobile number, trip preferences, group size, children’s ages if provided, contact preferences and permission choices. Source tags in a link (UTM parameters) and the referring website’s hostname help identify where the request came from. Vayriva and Casie use these details to review and respond to your trip request.

Submitted inquiries are stored with our website hosting service and sent securely to JourneyFuse, our travel CRM, so Casie can plan and respond to your request. They are also available through an account-restricted website inbox. Contact preferences and SMS permission choices are included in CRM notes; submitting does not subscribe you to marketing. Basic request information may be processed to limit spam and keep the site working. Your contact permission is for this trip conversation; it does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional permission to text about the trip is recorded separately and is unchecked by default. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.

The guided trip questions run in your browser without an AI service. Dream-trip answers are sent when you press the final Send button. On the separate short planning form, your opening brief is saved with your contact details and permission, and later answers update it. Please do not include passport numbers, payment details or medical information.

The dream-trip quiz saves your unfinished answers on this device so you can return. Drafts expire after 30 days without an edit and are cleared after a confirmed submission. Use “Clear my answers” in the quiz to remove the saved draft. On a shared device, clear the draft before leaving. If browser storage is unavailable, answers remain only while the page is open.

We record anonymous quiz-progress events, including the question viewed or completed, general trip type and source platform. These events use a random planning-attempt identifier and do not contain names, contact details or trip answers. Abuse prevention may use a date-specific hash of a network address; raw IP addresses are not stored in quiz records. The owner’s funnel report shows the last 30 days.

This site does not collect payments or make bookings automatically. Images and films are travel inspiration, not promises of a specific property, price or availability.
